Cooling off period for returning goods
It is your responsibility to contact Chemist Counter Direct by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 10 working days of the date of the confirmation email advising the items have been dispatched to you. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Chemist Counter Direct if a return or exchange will be accepted. Please refer to our returns and cancellation policy for further information.
This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery of goods
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you the part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order.
All deliveries are estimated dates only and not guaranteed.
If your order consists of larger or heavier items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch due to the size and weight of the product(s).

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges where applicable.
Pricing, purchasing and payment
The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on this website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Product prices include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Product prices and delivery charges may be subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation for.
